How many maps does Killzone 2 have online and are they big enough for you to even get lost in them?

How many maps in Killzone 2 online?
And are they really big enough for you to just roam around and maybe even get lost?
I’m getting this game soon with my PS3 Slim and it looks awesome and i just want to inform myself more.

Most of the maps in Killzone 2 are HUGE!!! They always seem to be the perfect size for whatever type of match your playing in them. I’m not sure about how many maps there are but trust me it would take awhile to play all of them enough times to memorize all of their layouts. I love Killzone 2s multiplayer it’s awsome & they always update it when a bug or any problem comes up so it typically runs smooth & accurate.
I think there are 8 maps, not including the 6 DLC maps.
5 modes online.
You can get lost but it’s easy to know your way around.
There are 8 or 9 maps that come with the game, plus 6 DLC maps. There is one HUGE map (Pryhuss Rise) and several large maps. After 2-3 matches on any map you should have a good feel for the map, and unless someone is setting spawn points in ridiculous spots you shouldn’t be lost.
